Complete the application form as thoroughly as possible to make the application process smooth and simple.

We may request to meet you and your child for a short conversation to help us further assess the needs of your child.

Admission

Once the application process is completed, there is a strong possibility that your child will be accepted into the school, and commence their learning with us.

Registration

The first step to your child commencing their learning with us is for you to register your child at the school.

POPULAR EDUCATION FOR YOUR CHILD

BIRTH CERTIFICATE

As part of the application process, we will need a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate for our records. REPORT FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL

Please also ensure that you have a copy of the child’s academic record from the school they are coming from. This will allow us to monitor the progress that the learner is making once they join Little Flower Learning Centre.

ID SIZE PHOTOS

We will require 4 recent passport sized photographs as part of their application. This will be a part of the child’s file to ensure that we can quickly put a face to the learner, should there be a need to.

PARENTS DAY-TIME CONTACT

Should there be any change in the caregivers’ contact details, during the application process please ensure that this updated information is sent to us, so that we can update our records.

WEEKDAY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS

If the weekday residential address for the child and the caregivers are different, please ensure that we are aware of the weekday address of the learner as well as that of the caregivers.
